"If our platform fails to demonstrate the technical capability to validate your data for Fit for 55 / CSRD compliance within 60 days of deployment, you are eligible for a full refund of the software license fees."
Per EU Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies to digital goods until the moment the download or streaming process has begun with your express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
However, Lifetime Oy extends this period. You may request a full refund for any SaaS subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase date, provided no Consulting/Expert hours have been consumed.
Services that have already been performed (e.g., hours spent on workshops, coding, or advisory) are non-refundable. Retainers may be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
