These terms apply to the Lifetime Fleet management solution ("Service").
Lifetime Fleet provides tools for vehicle tracking, data visualization, and fleet management. The Service relies on data transmission over third-party networks (e.g., cellular, GPS).
Connectivity: Lifetime Studio is not responsible for interruptions caused by network failures, GPS signal loss, or third-party hardware issues. Real-time Data: While we strive for real-time accuracy, latencies may occur. The Service should not be relied upon for emergency situations or critical safety maneuvers.
The Customer is responsible for: * Ensuring that the use of vehicle tracking complies with local privacy and labor laws (e.g., driver monitoring). * Maintaining the security of user accounts and credentials.
Lifetime Studio is not liable for any operational delays, missed deliveries, or vehicle damages resulting from the use or misuse of the Service data.
Historical fleet data is retained for a specific period as defined in your subscription plan. After this period, data may be archived or deleted.
