The Aegis tier
Tier 1 partners operate under the strictest sovereignty, security, and export-control requirements. Aegis deployments run on customer-controlled infrastructure — typically air-gapped or dedicated-tenant — with zero US data routing, documented Article 12 audit logging, and KYA-attested agent write authority that a customer can revoke in real time (TC-4 Leash Snap).
Target customers: defence contractors, government system integrators, critical-infrastructure operators (energy, water, telecoms), and industrial primes with export-controlled programs.

What Aegis delivers
1. Air-gapped deployment
DWS IQ Aegis runs entirely within the customer's security boundary. No outbound connections to US hyperscalers, no LLM calls over the public internet, no telemetry leaving the site. Regulatory update feeds (EU Lex, ETS benchmarks, ESRS taxonomy) sync via controlled diode or scheduled jump host.
2. Multi-jurisdiction sovereignty
Aegis is jurisdiction-aware at the framework layer. The same platform deploys under EU sovereignty (Aiven Helsinki, Scaleway Paris), US GovCloud (AWS GovCloud), Dubai (G42 sovereign cloud), Singapore, or NATO member states — always compliant with local law. No US CLOUD Act exposure in EU deployments.
3. KYA attested write authority
Every AI agent that writes back to a building system, a weapons platform, a critical network, or an ERP is bound to a verified human operator identity. Customers can inspect the trust chain in real time and trigger a TC-4 Leash Snap to instantly revoke all agent write authority. This is not a theoretical control — it ships in V1.
4. Signed, submission-ready output
Every Aegis output — CSRD narrative, CBAM declaration, incident report, supplier questionnaire — is signed with the Aegis provenance chain. Full ingestion history, agent reasoning lineage, human attestation, and model hash are bound to the document. Suitable for ESRS assurance providers, export-control authorities, and defence audit regimes.
