The Connect tier

Tier 3 partners access DWS IQ via the Connect product tier — built on global cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, NVIDIA) for market reach outside the EU sovereignty envelope. Typical Connect partners are startups, freelancers, SMEs, and global ISVs who want the DWS IQ agent framework and compliance primitives without requiring EU-only data residency.

All partner levels include global market access through Connect tier. A Connect Ecosystem Partner (€600) can upgrade to Sovereign Enterprise (€5,000) or Aegis Defence (€25,000) at any time.

Dual-role across all three tiers: Connect partners deploy on NVIDIA cloud GPUs; Sovereign partners use the same stack on EU regions; Aegis partners run air-gapped on NVIDIA Jetson and DGX Spark.

Connect tier uses AWS and Azure for global cloud reach outside the EU sovereignty envelope. Connect partners can deploy DWS IQ agents on their own AWS or Azure accounts, or use the managed DWS IQ Connect offering. EU-resident customers should choose Sovereign Infra or Aegis instead.

Connect is the right tier when your customers are outside the EU and don't have a hard data-residency requirement. Deploy on AWS, Azure, GCP, or NVIDIA cloud GPUs — wherever the workload makes sense commercially.

2. Fast onboarding for startups, freelancers, SMEs

Online application, click-to-accept terms, instant account provisioning. 48 hours from form submission to live account — no NDA round, no due diligence package, no discovery call required.

3. Subcontracting eligibility into Aegis and Sovereign work packages

Connect partners can apply for review to subcontract into larger consortium work packages. This is the recommended path for specialist freelancers and boutique studios who want exposure to defence and regulated-EU programs without taking on the €5K / €25K annual commitment up front.

4. Upgrade path to Sovereign or Aegis

Outgrow Connect? Upgrade to Sovereign Infra (€5K) once you have EU-resident customers, or to Aegis (€25K) once you need air-gapped sovereign deployment. Your Connect history counts as track record toward the higher tiers.
