Siemens — SI Building Nordics
Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings, Nordic unit. Siemens is a European platform (Siemens AG, Munich); its digital-enterprise building stack — Building X, Desigo CC, Navigator, Enlighted — is sold to exactly the Nordic customers facing CSRD Wave 2 (FY2025), the EPBD 2024 recast, and EU Taxonomy real-estate reporting (activities 7.1–7.7).
Action, not dashboards. Siemens captures operational building data. DWS IQ turns it into signed, submission-ready CSRD / EPBD / Taxonomy output — one command, 90 seconds — with KYA-governed writeback into the same building systems: HVAC setpoints, maintenance work orders, renovation-passport triggers.
