DWS IQ Aegis is a single-tenant AI platform for regulated and dual-use industrial workloads. It is designed for organisations that need controlled AI execution, traceable evidence and deployment choices that match operational and data requirements.
Aegis supports three deployment modes:
The deployment mode is selected separately from the product tier.
AI systems are moving from generating text to taking bounded operational actions. In regulated environments, the control questions are direct:
Aegis is built around those control and evidence requirements.
Aegis is designed to produce auditable evidence and controlled outputs. It does not itself create legal certification or guarantee regulatory compliance. Final legal, regulatory and operational acceptance remains deployment-specific and belongs to the customer and its appointed experts.
The first commercial wedge is governed industrial evidence generation.
A bounded workflow can generate installation-level emissions evidence from approved source data and return a structured, citable output for procurement, ERP or CBAM-related workflows. The initial use case is deliberately narrow: prove the evidence flow, measure operational value and establish whether the workflow should move into repeatable paid use.
For commercial regulated-industry workloads requiring controlled AI execution, evidence handling and a defined deployment boundary.
For defence, dual-use and critical-infrastructure contexts requiring a more restrictive operating model and deployment assessment.
For customers requiring a customised architecture, infrastructure arrangement, governance model and implementation scope.
Final configuration, infrastructure, integrations, security controls and acceptance criteria are defined per deployment.
Aegis is sold as a product deployment with onboarding and recurring platform fees. Supporting engineering and outcome-based services are scoped separately where required. Current canonical pricing is maintained on the DWS IQ price list. Investor Centre does not duplicate prices that may change.
Current evidence includes the KYA-S1 governance specification and deterministic local test work covering defined permission-band behaviour. This is evidence for the tested scope, not a claim of complete KYA conformance, independent certification or production-wide validation.
Aegis is intended for European organisations operating in regulated or strategically sensitive environments: industrial manufacturing, defence and dual-use, critical infrastructure, energy and utilities, supply-chain and procurement operations, and organisations handling regulated operational evidence.
The initial buyer is responsible for operational risk, compliance evidence, industrial data, procurement or controlled AI deployment.
Partners exist to help build, sell or deliver Aegis — not to form a general ecosystem. Each track has its own goal, partner profile, offered benefit, qualification bar and next ask.
All four tracks support Aegis deployment, sale or delivery. They do not compete with Aegis for the main narrative and are not a general partner or reseller ecosystem.
Lifetime Oy is a Finnish technology company building DWS IQ, a product family for sovereign and governed AI in regulated European industry.
Founder and CEO Risto Anton Päärni has more than 35 years of experience across software engineering, ICT infrastructure, industrial project management and demanding system deliveries, including Borealis and the Finnish Tax Administration.
The company is focused on converting Aegis capability into customer conversations, paid industrial pilots and repeatable commercial deployments.
Lifetime Oy is raising €650,000 through a SAFE at a €3.8M valuation cap from EU/EEA-domiciled investors.
The round is intended to fund product hardening, industrial pilot execution, customer evidence, sales execution, reseller-channel preparation, Nordic expansion and required infrastructure and operating capacity.
These are the targets the round is intended to fund, not achieved outcomes. Current, tested status is described under “Evidence status” above; nothing in this section should be read as a completed milestone.
This fills the €650,000 target exactly. Captain allocations are investor positions — they are not board seats, client positions or an operating role, and participation, rights and duties remain subject to the final investment documents.
