Request Access to the Investor Centre

Access to Admiral and Captain materials is granted only after manual review — there is no automatic or self-serve unlock.

Step 1 · Request

Send an email to investor@dws10.com with:

• Your name and organisation
• Investment thesis and check size
• Relevant domain expertise or access to industrial buyers
• Interest in the Admiral or a specific Captain role

Step 2 · Manual Qualification Review

Every request is reviewed by hand before any material is sent. Review covers:

• Verification of EU/EEA investor status
• Assessment of investment thesis and financial capability
• Evaluation of value-add profile and domain expertise
• Initial screening for fit with the Admiral or a specific Captain role

Step 3 · Level 1 Access (on invitation only)

Qualified parties receive a Level 1 access invitation containing the Admiral and Captain investor one-pagers, the DWS IQ and Firehorse product families, the commercial thesis, the round architecture and the proposed investor roles. Level 1 access is an outcome of qualification, not a default granted on request.

Step 4 · Level 2 Mutual Due Diligence (by invitation)

Following Level 1 access, selected parties may be invited to a Level 2 mutual due-diligence stage: deeper commercial materials, discussion of investment terms, and review of final documentation. Access to full due-diligence materials at this stage requires an NDA and, where applicable, DPA or other data-handling documentation, subject to legal review.

No investment, appointment, acceptance, discussion of specific investment terms, or access to full due-diligence materials is implied by a Request Access submission. Final decisions and terms are subject to direct review and applicable documentation.
