Lifetime Oy is building a focused investor group around DWS IQ, a sovereign AI product portfolio for regulated European industry. The structure combines one Admiral who anchors the round with a small number of Captains who bring industrial capital, domain authority and access to the markets where governed AI must be bought, deployed and accepted.
We are looking for EU/EEA industrial investors who can bring more than capital: access to named buyers, plants, procurement processes and decision-makers in sectors where governed AI must earn trust before deployment — subject to verification of those relationships during due diligence.
Each Captain would represent a real industrial domain, such as chemicals, defence manufacturing, construction, metals, water treatment or critical infrastructure. The role is to add sector judgement and commercial reach around a defined customer motion.
DWS IQ is built around turning regulated industrial work into traceable evidence, controlled decisions and accepted operational outputs. We want Captains who understand what evidence a serious industrial buyer can actually approve and buy.
Aegis is designed for local/edge, hybrid and EU-hosted deployment. We are looking for Captains who understand long-cycle industrial deployment, infrastructure, security review, and the difference between a convincing demo and an accepted production configuration.
The Captain role is for an investor who can help convert industry-specific pain points into a repeatable sales funnel: customer meeting, dedicated evidence demo, paid pilot, and Aegis production proposal.
The Captain role is not a decorative title for a passive angel. It is intended for investors who understand how industrial software gets bought, deployed, operated and accepted.
This fills the €650,000 target exactly. Captain allocations are investor positions — they are not board seats, client positions or an operating role, and participation, rights and duties remain subject to the final investment documents.
